Savitri Living Practice

In Sanskrit, Savitri represents inner light, renewal, and the creative life force that supports transformation from within.

I received the name Savitri from my teacher yogini Kaliji Ray, founder of  TriYoga.
Yoga and Nutrition have been part of my personal and professional journey for more than two decades. 

For the last two years, my training in somatic trauma release along with family constellation method completed this path of integration. 

With this third dimension, my work naturally evolved into what I now call Savitri Living Practice. 
This approach embraces body awareness, conscious nourishment, and emotional integration as a living practice that I make my own living experience and through my work share with others.

Through Savitri Living Practice, I support individuals in recognizing and cultivating healthier habits, restoring hormonal and nervous system balance while reconnecting with their bodies in a grounded and sustainable way. It is a path I continue to live, explore, and deepen through my own daily practice and experience.
 


YOGA 

My yoga classes consist of gentle and flowing yoga practice. By integrating breath, movement and relaxation body is supported by enhanced mobility and balanced nervous system.

NUTRITION 

Individual sessions I offer combine nutrition guidance, body awareness, and somatic and systemic approach to support emotional integration. This process restores balance and vitality, and strengthens relationship with your body.

RETREATS

I organize immersive experiences that combine yoga practice and conscious nourishment. 
It allows you to slow down, supporting your nervous system.  By releasing accumulated tension you  reconnect more deeply with yourself and nature.


Savitri Living Practice

Through yoga classes, individual sessions, and retreats, Savitri Living Practice  provided a space where your body can slow down, release tension, and gradually return to a more balanced and relaxed state.

For more than twenty years, I have experienced the body as a place of healing, resilience, and transformation.
Yoga practice was a path I discovered in my late twenties, during a difficult period of my life.  
My practice gradually evolved into study and teaching. 
Today, as a certified yoga teacher, I guide practices centered on gentle spinal movement, breath awareness, and meditative flow.
